My name is Melvin Lyons, commonly known as Mel.
I am retired and although I had been doing some agency work, this dried up somewhat and I now wile away my senior years by managing my websites.
Up until 2004. I held residential positions in property management after my second marriage failure.
I now have a small apartment in the Paddington/St. Marylebone area in London.
I am very central and nicely placed for the West End of London.
My early life was living in the East End of London, which in the 1950s was a lot different to nowadays.
Straight from school, I joined the family gaming business where I spent the first twelve years of my working life.
I obviously had an insider’s view of the area’s villains, gangsters and con artists. Stories from this time would take up many pages
and I may add some tales of the era at a later date. For the time being, I will stick to the present and preceding twenty years.
The computer is a large part of my life and has been since I bought an early Sinclair which was supposedly for my two year old son Adam.
Adam is now 28, so we have both been brought up on computers for the last two and a half decades, since the very early days of computing in fact.
Adam became very skilled at games. I stopped playing after Adam beat me at one of the early space invaders games. Adam became so proficient that he became an advisor to a video games programme on Sky TV called Gamezville, some years back.He eventually became the Marketing Manager of this show.
He has moved on since then and now runs his own successful business, advising and lecturing on attraction between the sexes.
